1. Regularly care for your bag with colorless cream. This ensures that the leather remains supple and nourished, the color becomes and remains more intense and your bag is also more resistant to scratches. It is also the best way to remove existing scratches from the leather. To remove surface scratches, stick with a soft cloth and rub the cream onto the area. It takes some time and don't expect the scratch to appear after being out for a few minutes, but after a while the scratch will diminish. See the leather as your own skin, it also likes nice body lotion because dry skin does not feel good.
2. Always use an anti-water spray to spray your bag. This to protect against stains and rain. The latter in particular can leave annoying stains on the leather of your bag, which will not come off easily. Always take tissues with you, so that your bag can dry immediately if it does get wet. Preferably do this immediately after you have bought a bag. Later is also possible, but better immediately!
3. Store your bag properly when not in use. In the dust bag in a dry and dark place. Sunlight is harmful to leather: it dries out and can even discolour your bag. Also make sure your bag is filled. This will prevent your bag from collapsing and losing its shape. You can use paper for this, the dice is delivered with the parcel post. Also make sure not to pile up your bags, the bottom one will literally be beat for mine.
4. Be kind to your bag. Be kind to your bag and enjoy it. Don't throw it, don't put it on the dirty floor, don't overcrowd it and clean your bag as often. A little love works wonders and prevents a lot of damage. It may sound like a lot of work, but it's a shame not to give your beautiful bag the treatment it deserves. It certainly improves the quality!
